At last weeks Wild South Coaches meeting, the coaching team decided that with all of the positive feedback that was received around the Weightlifting focus since we returned from Lockdown that we should continue them.

So now that many of us have established 1RM's during the course of that last block we will continue on in this block with some percentage work (based off those 1RM's) over several more weeks to further develop our technique and efficiency as well as some specific strength work added.

Don't stress if you cannot make these sessions as the general programming that is constantly varied will still have weightlifting and strength work included as is necessary. The opportunity for this block is for those that feel they want some specific training towards the weightlifting.
