If you are new to CrossFit we’ll start you off with a free introductory session to put you through your paces, find out what makes you tick, and so you can learn all there is to know about us.

From there, you move onto the Fundamentals program. This is where we’ll teach you the key movements of CrossFit. You’ll need to know these to be able to move into the group classes. You’ll complete eight one-on-one sessions with one of our experienced and qualified coaches that way we know your form and techniques are correct, and your workouts will actually work. They’ll help guide you through your CrossFit health and fitness journey, working with you every step of the way.

After the Fundamentals program, pick a membership and join in with the main CrossFit classes, meet the community, and never look back.
