Welcome to Invercargill’s HOME of CrossFit.
It’s here you’ll find a community of like minded people led by a qualified and experienced team of coaches. Our programming is world class and specific to our communities needs as they progress through results-driven workouts, movement focus, and accountability. It’s our community that’ll make the difference. They’ll pick you up, keep you on track, and help you redefine your comfort zone to become better, everyday.

Join our Community
If you are new to CrossFit we’ll start you off with a free introductory session, one-on-one, unless you want to bring a gym buddy. We’ll put you through your paces, to find out what makes you tick, and you can learn all there is to know about us.
From there, you move onto the Fundamentals program. This is where we’ll teach you the key movements of CrossFit. You’ll need to know these to be able to move into the group classes. You’ll complete eight one-on-one sessions with our experienced and qualified coaches, that way we know your form and techniques are correct, and your workouts will actually work.
After the Fundamentals program, pick a membership and join in with the main CrossFit classes, meet the community, and never look back.
